Here are some guidelines on over the road truck submissions. Due to the fact of the risk involved in this industry we are unable to do these deals application only, and will need supplementary information.

Information and requirements vary from source to source so this is what we require on most all deals. Please be aware that we may need more or less depending on each deal.

	A fully filed out credit application
	A personal financial statement
	A mortgage spouse sheet
	Two years tax returns with Schedule C if applicable
	Bank reference or six months bank statements
	Hauling reference(s)
	Specification sheet on equipment
	Purchase order
